Triathlon Pace Calculator

Whether you’re preparing for your first Sprint triathlon or aiming for a sub-10-hour Ironman, my Triathlon Pace Calculator helps you estimate your predicted finish time based on your target paces and transition times.

How to Use the Triathlon Pace Calculator

  1. Select your race distance
Choose from popular formats like Super Sprint, Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, T100, and Ironman or enter your own custom distances for non-standard events.

  2. Input your target paces

  • Swim Pace: Enter your pace per 100m

  • Bike Pace: Choose km/h or mph and input your target average speed

  • Run Pace: Enter pace per km or per mile based on your preference

  1. Add your transition times
Include realistic times for T1 (swim to bike) and T2 (bike to run) to get a full race-day estimate.

  2. See your predicted finish time
Your estimated swim, bike, run, and transition times will update live.
